Job Description:
Are you a knowledgeable and energetic individual with a passion for customer care and the power of teamwork? As a
Front Counter Sales Associate , you'll provide world-class service to both retail and professional customers, support management with tasks such as maintaining showroom appearance, and assist in inventory control.
Responsibilities: Maintain the appearance and organization of our showroom while delivering exceptional customer service. Sell and service a variety of safes, including creating and duplicating keys, programming car fobs, and re-keying lock cylinders. Accurately handle cash transactions and assist in inventory management. Schedule:
Initial schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. After training, this role will include a rotation of Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills. Motivated to learn and grow within the role. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
