What You'll Do:
Provide Specialized Care: Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes
Manage Your Schedule: Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care
Document with Precision: Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress
Stay Ahead: Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques
What You'll Bring:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire)
Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills
A passion for patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay: $130,000 annually with bonus opportunities
