Responsibilities
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and follows up at the end of the recruiting process.
Conducts interviews with candidates.
Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the TA Supervisor and/or TA Manager.
Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, and Handshake.
Assists supervisor with job board research.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Here’s what we’re looking for:
Highly organized professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, recognized for strong interpersonal abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week / 10+ months.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Notion, Asana, managing jobs and related software.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
