Allure Veterinary Partners is seeking an *Associate Veterinarian* to join our newest small animal general practice in Rancho Cordova, CA.
This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new hospital backed by Rocklin Park, Inc., a successful family-owned veterinary organization with 11 established hospitals throughout the Sacramento area. We are looking for a veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding organization.
Compensation & Incentives:
* $160,000–$220,000 annually DOE
* $10,000 sign-on bonus with signed contract

About the Role:
The ideal candidate is a compassionate and motivated veterinarian who enjoys building client relationships and practicing high-quality medicine in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include:
* Providing comprehensive wellness and preventative care
* Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in small animals
* Performing soft tissue and elective surgical procedures
* Developing treatment plans and communicating effectively with clients
* Maintaining high standards of patient care and medical excellence
Qualifications:
* DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
* Active California veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure
* Experience in general practice and soft tissue surgery preferred
* Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
