Sales Associates interact with 100's of customers. Their job is to guide customers through their vehicle purchasing process with our non-confrontational sales environment. They help customers select the perfect vehicle to meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations. Our sales associates provide and exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty by following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. No experience necessary. We offer free training, 401K, health, life and dental insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
