• Help residents with daily tasks like bathing and dressing
• Give medications safely as trained
• Provide comfort, support, and companionship
• Work closely with nurses and care staff

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Pass a background check
• Complete an 8-hour Nursing Assistant training course
• Experience with seniors is a plus, but not required
