Our services include evaluation and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, diagnostic testing, physical exams, and occupational health services for individuals, schools, and businesses./ppAs we grow, this position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience and advance within a dynamic healthcare environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliGreet patients in a friendly, professional manner/liliPerform patient intake, including medical history, vitals, and chief complaints/liliVerify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation/liliAssist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments/liliPerform specimen collection, including nasal/throat swabs and other point-of-care tests/liliAdminister basic clinical tasks within scope (e.g., vitals)/liliAccurately document patient information in EMR systems/liliLabel, document, and prepare specimens for laboratory processing/liliMaintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols/liliEnsure clinical areas are clean, stocked, and organized/liliSupport patient flow to maintain efficient and timely care/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHealthcare experience is preferred but not required; candidates without experience will receive full training and support to succeed in the role/liliWe welcome Medical Assistant students to gain hands-on experience/liliMedical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience preferred/liliUrgent care or primary care experience strongly preferred/liliMinimum 1 year of clinical or patient-facing experience preferred/liliStrong communication and patient service skills/liliAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment/liliProfessional, positive, and team-oriented attitude/liliDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills/liliComfortable using EMR systems, tablets, and digital documentation tools/liliComfortable working in an outdoor/mobile clinical setting/liliBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus/li/ulh3Ideal Candidate/h3pWe are looking for someone who:/pulliHas a bubbly, outgoing, and professional demeanor/liliIs patient-focused and thrives in fast-paced environments/liliLearns quickly and adapts to evolving workflows/liliWorks well independently and collaboratively/liliIs motivated to grow within the healthcare industry/li/ulpCandidates with strong customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude tend to excel in this role./ph3Compensation/h3p$20.00 $25.00 per hour/ppCompensation is based on experience, certifications, and performance./ph3Benefits/h3ulliBonus and incentive opportunities/liliClear growth and promotion pathways/liliHealth insurance/liliPaid sick leave/lili401(k) with company matching/li/ulh3Safety PPE/h3pWe provide all necessary PPE and follow CDC and CDPH safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff./ph3Work Schedule/h3ulli8-hour shifts/lili5 days per week/liliDay shifts/liliWeekend availability required/li/ul/div
