Plexus are working with a digital asset company, building financial infrastructure to onboard financial institutions into DeFi. They have already partnered with leading players such as Paypal, Paxos, Aave, Euler and Chainlink – scaling fast across 4 key verticals (Lending/Liquidity Solutions, Institutional Treasury Management, Stablecoin Adoption + Advisory).
They are looking for a Senior Crypto Accountant to join their finance team. This job will require you to be available in an EST timezone. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to: Month-end close, financial reporting, DeFi accounting, Digital Asset accounting, Process/Operational Improvements, Financial Controlling
Continuous upskilling and upgrading of AI Tools and process automations, leveraging the latest technology to continue scaling ahead of competition
Various analyst and auditing responsibilities, ensuring US-GAAP compliance
Requirements
Must
be Web3-fluent, strong understanding of DeFi and onchain finance
Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent in accounting or finance from a respected institution
Advanced knowledge
of GAAP compliance + standard, professional experience with US GAAP Accounting is non-negotiable
