Job Description We are hiring Entry-Level Travel Assistants to help support our travel planning process. This is a great opportunity to enter the travel industry with full training provided. You'll work remotely and assist with research, booking, and client communication.
Responsibilities
Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
Learn supplier systems and tools
Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
Qualifications
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong interest in travel and helping people
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Great written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills required
