As the organization continues to expand nationally, it is seeking neurologists who are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and delivering high-quality care through a scalable and non-traditional approach. Position Overview
The organization is seeking full-time headache specialists to join its growing virtual care team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a physician-led, collaborative environment focused on headache and migraine management, supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and cutting-edge digital tools. Sleep specialists are encouraged to apply as well. This opportunity is particularly attractive to neurologists seeking an alternative to traditional academic or hospital-based roles and those interested in contributing to the future of specialty care. Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO in Neurology Open to both early-career and experienced neurologists Headache fellowship training preferred but not required Sleep medicine fellowship preferred but not required Practice Locations
The organization currently operates in California and is actively expanding into Washington State and Texas. Ideal candidates will be located in or willing to obtain licensure in these states. Physicians are not required to hold licensure at the time of hire, and the organization will cover all licensing costs. Schedule & Work Structure
1.0 FTE position Weekly expectations include: 30 hours of clinical care, 10 hours of APP supervision and administrative responsibilities Standard schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Clinical Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage headache and migraine disorders Provide virtual consultations and follow-up care Supervise 4-7 experienced headache-focused APPs Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams Perform limited in-person procedural work as needed, including:
Botox injections Nerve blocks
Support & Resources
Dedicated medical scribe support No responsibility for prior authorizations or administrative paperwork Strong APP team with specialized headache experience Centralized operational and administrative infrastructure Physicians hired in 2026 will be eligible for equity participation
