The ideal candidate will help us stay at the forefront of the evolving oncology landscape by tracking newly approved therapies and emerging treatments across multiple cancer types. You will work closely with medical oncology faculty, as well as biotech and pharmaceutical partners, to support educational initiatives and strategic collaborations.
This is primarily an operational role, involving participation in daily business development and planning meetings. You will play a key role in organizing and executing both virtual and in‑person educational programs, including 2–4 hour conferences and multi‑day national and international summits.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze developments in oncology therapeutics and novel agents
Coordinate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners
Plan and execute virtual and in-person educational events
Support logistics for conferences, meetings, and summits
Track opportunities and maintain organized workflows
Attend oncology conferences and industry meetings
Qualifications:
Background in science required (Master's Degree Preferred); experience in molecular biology or oncology strongly preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage travel logistics and event planning
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
This is a remote (work-from-home) position
Candidate must be based in Dallas, TX, as most travel originates from DFW
