Senior Sales Engineer - Germany (Remote, DACH region) Our client is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise to support pre-sales engagements and deliver high-impact technical presentations and network designs to broadband service providers. This role involves presenting product capabilities, leading lab and field trials, and collaborating with customers to align technical needs with effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
Position and sell networking products and solutions Prepare RFx responses and deliver technical sales presentations Support customer configurations and testing in lab and field environments Provide technical leadership and collaborate on network solutions design Stay informed on industry standards and trends, sharing insights with Product Management Travel up to 50% within the DACH region Key Qualifications
Advanced degree (MSc/BSEE/BSCS preferred) Expertise in Layer 2/3 network architectures, FTTx solutions, WAN services, PON, and Ethernet Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), L2/3 VPNs, subscriber management/BNG Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of SaaS, SDN, and security methodologies Effective communication and presentation skills for technical and business contexts
