Established developer is currently hiring a Bookkeeper. The position offers part time hours with a flexible remote schedule. The ideal applicant will be interested in working 2-3 days per week with an estimated work week around 15-20 hours per week. Responsibilities will include handling requisitions in Quickbooks, general AR and AP duties that include matching loan funding disbursements on new home construction builds to specific property. Individuals with experience handling bookkeeping for new home builders, construction, real estate property management or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum Requirements
2+ years Quickbooks Available 15-20 hours per week during business hours Must have reconciliation experience
