Senior Insight Analyst (Relocation to Spain Required)

Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses.
Develop and implement models to support business decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent SQL and proficiency in R or Python.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings.
Proactive, results‑driven, and hands‑on approach toward problem solving.
