Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate communication and swallowing disorders, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and document progress using EMR systems. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support functional recovery, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
