Staffing Fronters Consultant at BairesDev We are looking for a Staffing Consultant to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to successfully staff IT business opportunities. You'll act as a link between Client Services/Sales and the rest of Talent Acquisition. Daily key responsibilities include assessing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, handling the end-to-end vetting process on the client-side, and staffing openings while ensuring both time-to-market and optimal revenue are met. This role requires you to be analytical, adaptable, discerning, detail/process/business-oriented, and team-minded, with articulate and eloquent English communication skills.
What You’ll Do
Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
Review and filter the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
Review and clean openings, keeping them up to date.
Handle communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Client-facing experience.
Experience in the IT industry.
Analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong business and process orientation.
Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
