This new position has been created in order to ensure that caregiving services are available to our clients in an emergency./ppThe Lead Caregiver/Field Assistant is a member of our staffing team, providing 24/7 coverage to employees and clients. This position is for those that aspire to be an exclusive Synergy HomeCare Lead Caregiver. Qualified applicants will receive higher pay, optional benefits, sick time, vacation and other exclusive Synergy perks./ppThis position will work in the field five consecutive days and be available from 6am to 8pm for up to 30 hours per week. This position will provide urgent caregiving assistance to our clients. Experienced applicants will provide caregiving services to the start of new clients. This position will have a mixture of regularly scheduled clients and emergency shift coverage. There is a 90 day probationary period from the date of this document to reevaluate the qualification for this position./ppEssential Responsibilities: This position will provide skilled caregiving services as needed in urgent situations. Applicants must be proficient in transfers, bathing, cooking, reporting, transportation and household needs. Field responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quality visits, start of care new clients, and introducing new caregivers to clients. This position guarantees 30 hours per week plus extra hours at the same rate of $18.00 per hour.
