divh2Home Health Aide/h2pThe Home Health Aide delivers quality home health care services to the Agencys clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Therapist in accordance with physician orders, Agency and industry standards, and federal and state regulations./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAssists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility/liliEngages residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance/liliResponds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary/liliObserves residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and reports promptly to a licensed nurse/liliCompletes all forms and documentation such as incident reports, change of condition reports, and behavior tracking, as requested, and in a timely manner/liliPrepares and serves meals, assists with eating, not including tube feeding/liliMakes beds, empties garbage, and tidies rooms daily and as needed/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCurrent CNA license in good standing/liliVirginia Home Health Aide license/liliCPR Certificate/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPrevious experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting also preferred/li/ul/div
