Identify, attract, and hire top talent for the hospice care team Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Ensure seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers Manage the candidate pipeline and keep detailed records in the ATS Perform other recruiting duties as assigned by management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision Knowledge of hospice care or healthcare staffing is highly preferred Benefits:
