Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and elegant experiences
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Data teams from concept to launch
Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
Set design strategy and the appropriate level of risk for each bet
Mentor and support other designers; help raise design quality across the team
Define and maintain design systems and standards
Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Communicate design vision and rationale clearly to stakeholders
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software product design
Proven track record of leading design for complex, scalable digital products
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail
Ability to reason with broad technical concepts from the software engineering field
