Home Solutions Design Consultant Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience; home improvement, cabinetry, or interior design experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects from consultation through close
• Comfortable working in an outside, client-facing sales role
• Valid driver's license

Must haves:

• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess storage challenges and design goals
• Present customized design solutions, materials, and finishes aligned with client needs and budgets
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Actively build and maintain a personal referral network through local outreach and community engagement
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Home Solutions Design Consultant Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience selling custom, design-driven, or home-related products
• Confidence working directly with homeowners
• Strong follow-through and relationship management skills
• Comfort navigating longer, consultative sales cycles
