Thrive in a competitive and fast-moving sales environment Make/take dozens of calls daily Develop partner channels Present in front of groups Generate and qualify prospects & close sales Broker distribution and development Interpreting and qualifying Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) Cold call prospects and brokers Consultative approach to all things well-being Manage, implement, deliver, evaluate & improve workplace wellness programs Build and sustain positive relationships with Wellness IQ staff Present and sell to consultants or employer groups of 50-1500 employees Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness through interaction with management and vendors Frequent travel required Requirements:
College Degree Preferred 3+ years of Sales, Wellness, Employee Benefits, or related experience Passion for Health and Wellness Insurance brokerage experience specifically in employee benefits preferred Excellent communication skills Strong typing skills Excellent interpersonal and organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Salesforce CRM experience preferred Proficiency in GoTo Meeting, Zoom or other virtual presentation Benefits:
