Sales Progressor London Bridge Up to £30,000 7 month Fixed Term Contract (ending 01/12/2026) Hyde is looking to recruit a Sales Progressor, in a fast paced team responsible for the sale of Hyde's existing void stock. An exciting and varied role with lots of opportunity to learn on the job and develop your existing skill set. You will work alongside another sales progressor and report to the Sales Manager within the Portfolio Transactions team. What you'll be doing Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets. Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions. Obtaining updates on sales activity & progression of conveyancing process. Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs. Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information. Maintaining data base of forecast sales completions and achieved completions.
