Contracts Manager - Specialist Contractor - Kildare Project(s) - Mix of Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential Our client, a specialist Contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee & support their upcoming projects in Leinster, Dublin & the Greater Dublin area. This person needs to have carried out a similar role previously in a main contractor capacity preferably, have good experience across all types of building (residential, commercial, industrial, educational etc), be very commercially aware, understands & can update programs, deal with design teams etc. This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing multiple teams on various scaled residential projects for main contractors or developers. Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (desirable). Proven experience with a main contractor or developer managing & overseeing large-scale residential projects.
