Job Description As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and verifying payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will serve as a key point of contact for payment-related inquiries and ensure a smooth payment workflow.
Responsibilities
Process and manage payment transactions accurately.
Verify payment information and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding payment inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Comfortable working 12–20 hours per week.
Compensation
Commission-based pay: 5%–8% per transaction, paid monthly.
