Position Summary
We are currently expanding our team and inviting organized, service-driven individuals to step into the role of Travel Planning Specialist. In this position, you'll support clients by designing personalized vacation experiences from relaxing beach retreats to exciting international journeys—while working within a flexible remote environment.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a detail-focused role, and are interested in developing professional skills within the travel industry. Structured training and continuous guidance are provided to help you succeed from the start.
Primary Responsibilities
Guide clients through the vacation planning process from start to finish
Research and coordinate travel components such as airfare, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
Offer destination suggestions based on traveler preferences and interests
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital platforms
Build lasting relationships by delivering attentive customer support
Stay current on supplier updates, travel trends, and promotional opportunities
Confirm reservations and coordinate details with approved travel partners
Maintain organized and accurate client and booking records
Ideal Candidate Profile
Enjoys helping others plan memorable experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment
Reliable time-management and organizational skills
Basic computer navigation and internet research skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
Previous travel industry experience is not required; training is included
