Apartment Leasing Consultant

Apartment Leasing Consultant needed for 200-unit, value add apartment community.

• Assist with marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy
• Design social media presence and digital engagement strategies
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
• Lead resident satisfaction initiatives
• Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Work three to four weekends per month
• Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
