Key Responsibilities
Design Systems & Templates
— Create a cohesive design language, reusable templates, and scalable visual systems for sales enablement collateral.
Visual Content Creation
— Design visually engaging and on‑brand materials — including reinforcement decks, training visuals, infographics, and UI mockups — with strong attention to layout, color, and hierarchy.
Content Modernization
— Refresh and reimagine existing sales and manager assets in visual identity, ensuring usability, adaptability, and consistency.
Data Visualization
— Translate complex concepts and data into clear, digestible visuals that communicate strategy effectively to global sales audiences.
End‑to‑End Ownership
— Lead projects from concept through completion, gather input from cross‑functional stakeholders, and integrate feedback while maintaining design quality and brand integrity.
Collaboration & Communication
— Work closely with content strategists, program leads, and subject matter experts to align creative solutions with business goals and communicate design decisions effectively.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
— 8+ years in visual design, presentation design, or content design, ideally supporting internal communications or sales enablement.
Portfolio
— Strong body of work demonstrating clear, strategic, and visually compelling presentation design.
Technical Skills
Design Tools
— Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Canva a plus).
Google Workspace
— Advanced experience using Google Workspace for collaborative, cloud‑based design.
Design Expertise
— Exceptional eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy; pixel‑perfect attention to detail.
Project Management
— Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality and consistency.
Collaboration
— Proven success working with cross‑functional partners and communicating with both creative and non‑creative stakeholders.
Education
— Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
