We're seeking a Livestream Manager/Producer to lead the technical production and management of our weekly multi-platform livestreams. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless broadcasts, managing technical operations, coordinating with hosts, and maintaining production quality across all platforms. Set up and manage multi-platform livestream broadcasts (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc.) Configure and operate streaming software (Streamyard, Riverside.fm, Restream Studio, or advanced OBS setups) Monitor stream quality, audio levels, and video feeds during broadcasts Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during livestreams Manage stream overlays, graphics, and visual elements Coordinate with hosts to ensure smooth on-air transitions and content flow Prepare streaming setup, test equipment, and verify platform connectivity Create and manage stream graphics, overlays, and branding elements Develop production schedules and run-of-show documents Ensure all technical equipment and software are ready for broadcast Archive livestream recordings and manage content library Create highlight reels and clips for social media promotion Optimize content for different platforms and formats Track analytics and engagement metrics across platforms Provide feedback and recommendations for improving production quality Maintain and optimize streaming hardware and software Research and recommend new production tools and technologies Ensure reliable internet connectivity and backup solutions Manage streaming accounts and platform integrations Requirements
3+ years of experience in livestream production, video production, or broadcast operations Proficiency with Streamyard (required) and preference for experience with modern streaming tools Experience managing multi-platform livestreams simultaneously Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure Understanding of video/audio production principles and best practices Familiarity with YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live, and other streaming platforms Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage production workflow Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality broadcasts Flexibility to work during livestream hours (typically Monday evenings) Nice to Have
• Experience with modern streaming platforms beyond Streamyard (Riverside.fm, Restream Studio, advanced OBS, vMix) • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) • Background in content creation or digital media production • Knowledge of encoding, bitrates, and streaming optimization • Experience with graphics design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) • Understanding of analytics and engagement metrics • Previous experience in educational or entertainment livestream production About Dancing Dragons
