Role Overview The role involves documenting interactions accurately and maintaining performance standards throughout certification and production.

Can follow structured systems without hand-holding.
Show up consistently and on time.
Understand that remote work requires accountability.
Requirements
1099 independent contractor status.
Certification attendance is mandatory.
Startup and equipment requirements apply.
Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal.
Technical & Workspace Requirements
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
Wired high‑speed internet.
Windows‑based PC (no Mac or Chromebook).
USB headset required prior to start.
Pay Structure Contract rates typically range
$12–$15/hour , depending on program. Advancement opportunities are performance‑based, not guaranteed. This opportunity rewards consistency, preparation, and follow‑through.
We contract with agents within the United States, with the exception of: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
