About Wesley House Student Residence Wesley House Student Residence is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating the only affordable supportive housing complex for low‑income and systemically marginalized college students in San Diego County. Our residents face challenges such as housing insecurity, homelessness, former incarceration, and aging out of foster care. Many are first‑generation college students. The campus currently hosts 11 units serving 24 residents and offers an onsite food pantry, targeted monthly programs, and individualized wraparound support services. The food pantry provides nutritious food to more than 400 students.
We Are Looking for Mentors Wesley House seeks committed mentors to pair with current college students. The role is virtual, requiring two hours of mentoring per month over a ten‑month academic year. Mentors may be paired with more than one student, depending on availability. Although this is a virtual commitment, ideal mentors will reside in San Diego County or a neighboring community.
