Event Coordinator
to lead the planning and execution of local and regional events across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing customer events, clinical education programs, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, and local partnerships—ensuring high-quality execution that supports brand growth, sales, and clinical education. We are looking for a strong operator with proven experience in both
event management
and the
medical / dental / healthcare industry . This is a must. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute local and regional events, trainings, conferences, and exhibitions Manage event logistics, vendors, venues, hospitality, and on-site operations Oversee budgets, timelines, and participant experience Coordinate with sales, marketing, clinical teams, and external partners Support speaker / KOL coordination, travel, and event scheduling Ensure strong post-event follow-up and lead handoff Requirements 5+ years of experience in event management Required: experience in the medical/dental/healthcare industry Proven experience managing professional events, trainings, or clinical education programs Strong operational, budgeting, and project management skills Based in Dallas, TX, or able to work on-site If you have strong event experience and understand how to operate in a medical environment, we’d love to hear from you.
