Job Summary & Responsibilities
* Manage incoming shipments: Receive, inspect, and verify the contents of deliveries against purchase orders received, to ensure accuracy and quality
* Coordination with departments and vendors: Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies, damages, and/or shortages
* Keeping Receiving Problem log up to date
* Researching items where there is inconsistency in the orders with Purchasing team
* Work to receive all items dropped daily
* Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of all received goods, update inventory systems, and ensure proper storage according to organizational standards.
* Assisting with labeling and putting away parts
* Emailing PO and tracking information to needed parts for IR and Expense PO
* Completing Work Orderless, RMA's and Reworks Receipts accurately and timely.
* Escalating Issue to Manager
* Scan daily receipts for record keeping
* Supply copies of scanned receipts upon request
* Receiving
* Track Hot Orders daily from the Receiving Log
* Uncrating and unpacking sensitive high value material
* Unloading semi-trailer
