Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
* Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
* License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
* Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
