What We're Looking For:
- Prior moving/packing experience (leadership experience a plus!).
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and keep moving all day.
- Reliable and ready to take charge.
What You'll Do:
- Pack items with care and precision.
- Lead and train entry-level crew members.
- Communicate with customers and ensure a smooth move.
- Pack and secure items in vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of items moved.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of furniture when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mover or in a similar role within the moving and storage industry.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist fellow crew members.
