Shift: 5x8-Hour Shifts
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Coordinator to provide clinical mental health services within a facility setting. The candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide counseling services, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments

• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services

• Document evaluations and treatment activities in healthcare records

• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

• Provide ongoing mental health support based on individual needs

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience

• At least two (2) years in a comparable position

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field

• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license preferred (if required by contract)

• Social Security card and driver's license required for facility clearance
