As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will inspire students to think creatively, solve problems practically, and develop a broad understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to bring DT to life for the next generation.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating Design and Technology lessons in line with the national curriculum Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to support KS5 where applicable Guide students through design processes, from initial concept through to finished product Assess student work consistently and provide constructive, developmental feedback Manage workshop and classroom environments safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines Differentiate teaching to engage and challenge students across all ability ranges Collaborate with departmental colleagues on curriculum p...
