Map out user experience and come up with great content ideas and interactions Create simple, elegant interfaces that users can understand quickly and feel natural to use Work with other designers, and both front-end and back-end developers to wrestle the technology into doing what you want Be a strong and consistent voice of clarity and simplicity in design and user experience The kind of person we’re looking for... Have a strong, informed opinion on design and interaction patterns Solid communication skills and writing (you need to be able to write well and think clearly, from button labels to introduction copy) Conscientious and detail-oriented Comfortable with managing and prioritizing your own time Good at framing decisions and making a case for a viewpoint
