Duration: 6+ months with possible extension Location: Redmond, Washington (onsite from day 1) Roles and Responsibilities: Translate ambiguous product opportunities into clear customer problems, use cases, and experience frameworks Design end to end customer journeys, interaction models, wireframes, visual designs, and production ready specifications Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate concepts using modern design and AI assisted tools Apply strong UX, UI, interaction design, and data visualization best practices Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the design process Drive systems level thinking across complex and interconnected experiences Operate effectively in a high velocity environment with evolving requirements and timelines Clearly communicate design rationale, trade offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders 5+ years of professional UX design experience on complex digital products Strong foundation in UX, UI, interaction design, and data visualization Experience working in large, cross functional product teams Demonstrated success in fast paced, delivery driven environments Preferred Skills: Figma (required) Prototyping tools (low and high fidelity) Familiarity with modern and AI assisted design tools
