Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and lead our team. This is a great opportunity if you're ready to grow into a Site Manager position.

What You'll Do:

• Support daily operations of the car wash.
• Lead shifts and guide team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help drive membership sales (bonus eligible).
• Assist with opening and closing.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability.
