This role serves as a senior reporting lead and client-facing partner, ensuring accurate, repeatable, and scalable production of contractual and operational deliverables.The position requires understanding of healthcare data and operationsand technical skills on reporting tools, independent ownership of reporting cycles, and strong stakeholder engagement. The analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy, independently manages complex reporting cycles, and drives improvements in reporting workflows, quality controls, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting Ownership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end operational reporting cycles from intake through deliveryServe as primary reporting lead for assigned clients, programs, or initiativesEnsure on-time production of contractual and operational reportsDesign, produce, and maintain structured reporting deliverables (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF)Monitor automated reporting processes and manage reporting calendarsTechnical Execution & Data IntegrityWrite and optimize complex SQL queries supporting operational reportingApply knowledge of healthcare
