Support and troubleshoot the core financial application (Aderant) and other finance-managed applications Record and track service requests, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm Experience with the Aderant Expert Financial Management System and DocuDraft development is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities Experience in quality assurance testing of financial applications solutions
