As a Room Leader, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our young learners. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Create: Engaging and exciting learning experiences for children
• Lead: Inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity
• Support: Foster children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families
• Plan: Fun, educational activities that spark curiosity and growth
• Ensure: The highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals to join our team. Do you have:

• A Level 3 qualification or above in early years education?
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner?
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team?
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families?
