Job Summary:

As a District Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and growing customer partnerships within an assigned geographic district. This position is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer experience. In this role, you will partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives while consistently meeting customer needs and company goals.

• Manage client relationships by providing regular updates, supporting contract negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring service expectations are met. 

• Lead and support account staffing by overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and retention of high‑quality employees. 

• Oversee operational and financial activities including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and authorization of account‑related expenditures and resources. 

• Ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $56K - $58K/ Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Helps sustain client and employee retention.
• Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
• Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
• Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Education/Experience:

• At least 18 years of age. 

• Associate’s Degree

• 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management

• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
