Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in warehouse/operational shop floor leadership Familiarity with WMS/ERP software utilization Strong interpersonal skills with strengths in communication and task delegation Excellent time management skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities to deliver service results Small project management experience preferred Familiarity with 5S, safety, and continuous improvement preferred Minimum of High School diploma or GED Fluent in English Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check (including MVR)
Accountabilities for Inbound Lead:
Ensure safety management and accountability within inbound operations and across the broader warehouse environment Provide on-floor direction and tasking to warehouse employees Manage inbound dock truck scheduling to support efficient flow of goods Monitor and improve dock-to-stock cycle time performance Oversee receiving processes to ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met Maintain putaway accuracy, quality, and timeliness Ensure timely and accurate product receiving within the ERP system Manage inventory control through the execution of the cycle count program Serve as alternate leader of daily stand-up meetings in the absence of the Operations Manager
