is a leading software solution provider for the restoration, property insurance, and real estate industries in North America. Our cutting-edge digital platforms enable restoration companies, adjusters, and insurers to efficiently document, manage, and process property claims. Driven by a loyal customer base, DocuSketch has become one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the proptech sector.
Our headquarters are in Potsdam, Germany, with large teams in the US, Canada, and Serbia. We are currently undergoing an exciting AI-First transformation and a strategic migration to Kotlin Multiplatform / Compose Multiplatform, enabling us to build once and deploy to both iOS and Android, while maintaining native look and feel on iOS.
Role Overview As an AI-First QA Automation Engineer (Mobile), you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of the next generation of mobile applications for restoration professionals working in the field. You will build and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks using WebdriverIO/Appium for cross-platform mobile testing and Playwright for web testing, working closely with our mobile development team during our greenfield application rewrite.

Rather than sitting within a single squad, you will bring AI-augmented testing capabilities — covering test creation, maintenance, and analysis — to multiple teams, helping them ship with confidence across iOS and Android. You will set the quality bar, define standards, and enable teams to own their own quality outcomes in challenging field conditions.
