Atlantic Design Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil/Site Project Manager to join our team in Sagamore, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to lead complex and rewarding land development projects in a collaborative, well-established engineering firm.
The ideal candidate holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license and brings 5 or more years of civil site design and project management experience. Candidates who are actively working toward PE licensure will also be considered.

Atlantic Design Engineers is a small, well-established civil/environmental engineering and renewable energy consulting firm serving clients throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Maine for more than 35 years. Our diverse client base includes:
* Builders, architects, and commercial real estate developers
* Regional banks and governmental agencies
* Major U.S. corporations and energy companies
* Construction contractors and residential developers
* Local businesses, private individuals, and homeowners
Our firm specializes in land development planning, engineering design, and permitting. Our in-house team includes civil engineers, land surveyors, renewable energy specialists, and support staff.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Manage civil/site development projects from concept through construction completion
* Prepare and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
* Perform stormwater calculations and technical engineering analyses
* Prepare engineering plans, construction documents, and technical reports
* Coordinate and submit local and state permit applications
* Represent projects at public hearings and permitting board meetings
* Coordinate with clients, architects, land surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agencies
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
* Professional Engineer (PE) license — Massachusetts preferred; or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure. Candidates who are actively working toward PE licensure will also be considered.
* 5+ years of civil/site design and project management experience
* Experience with land development permitting and state/local regulatory processes
* Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships professionally
*TECHNICAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE*
Proficiency with the following is preferred:
* AutoCAD / Civil 3D
* HydroCAD
* GIS applications
* Other civil engineering and land development software
_Land survey experience is a plus._
*EDUCATION*
* Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (required)
* Advanced degree in civil/environmental engineering (a plus)

* Salary range of $75,000 – $130,000 based on experience and PE licensure status

This is a full-time, in-office position. Atlantic Design Engineers maintains a professional and collaborative workplace with clearly defined individual and company goals. Our Sagamore office is conveniently located on Cape Cod near Route 6.
