Overview Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today’s digital market.
Responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution
Review business requirements, user stories, and technical designs to develop effective test scenarios, test cases, and test plans
Perform manual testing across Salesforce and Salesforce Experience portals to validate functionality, usability, integration points, and end-to-end business workflows
Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality and release readiness
Validate data flows and integration behavior across multiple connected systems
Automation Support
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for selected business processes and regression scenarios
Support automation initiatives using approved tools and frameworks, including ACCELQ where applicable
Help determine which scenarios are best suited for automation versus manual testing
Contribute to the stability, maintainability, and effectiveness of the automated test suite
Defect Management and Analysis
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and business impact
Create bug stories and work closely with developers to support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
Retest fixes and confirm issue resolution across impacted workflows
Test Data and Acceptance Criteria
Define, create, locate, and manage test data needed to support the test strategy
Partner with the team to help define acceptance criteria and translate requirements into practical test coverage
Create and execute tests using Gherkin syntax where applicable
Collaboration and Agile Delivery
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and quality expectations
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and sprint reviews
Communicate testing progress, risks, blockers, and quality concerns in a clear and timely manner
Lead or facilitate meetings as needed to support testing efforts, issue review, or release readiness
Continuous Improvement
Document test results, defects, and testing progress in a clear and organized manner
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies within the organization
Support a team culture of collaboration, accountability, and quality
Qualifications
6+ years of QA experience in software, web, or enterprise application testing
3+ years of automation experience, including creating or maintaining automation scripts
Strong hands‑on experience with manual testing
Experience testing Salesforce Experience portals
Experience testing integrated systems, including services and data movement between multiple applications
Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
Experience documenting defects and working with developers to resolve issues
Experience performing integration and end‑to‑end testing
Experience using SOQL to locate or validate test data
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple testing efforts across concurrent workstreams
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and across locations
Ability to clearly communicate quality risks, issues, and trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Comfortable working through incomplete or evolving requirements and proactively seeking clarification
Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of end‑to‑end business impact
Ability to research, analyze, and resolve problem situations using sound judgment and decision‑making skills
Strong initiative, self‑motivation, and accountability
Ability to balance independent execution with strong teamwork collaboration
Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on shared outcomes and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ACCELQ
Experience testing Salesforce applications
Experience with Gherkin syntax and behavior‑driven testing approaches
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience in agency operations for annuity and life business
Experience testing in regulated, highly integrated, or enterprise environments
Bachelor’s degree in a business, information technology, or related major
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
