We serve clients across Canada and the United States, including bingo halls, distributors, senior residences, fundraising organizations, casinos, and more.

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
• Take and process customer orders
• Perform invoicing (English and French)
• Classify and organize invoices and documents
• Provide product information and basic support
• Maintain customer records in the CRM system
• Handle transport and customs documentation
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or office work
• Bilingual (French and English) – required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and office software
• Knowledge of bingo or gaming products (asset)
