Responsibilities
Current territory: Minnesota, Iowa, and Eastern Missouri
Must be willing to relocate into territory.
Providing industry‑leading service by growing relationships with key customers.
Finding new strategic sales opportunities.
Submitting accurate forecasts and orders from customers while proactively solving problems.
Coordinating support functions across production, metallurgy, shipping and finance departments to help maximize Nucor's profitability by expanding our customer base.
Required extensive travel and face‑to‑face interaction with all customers.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree AND demonstrated sales experience in an industrial field, including experience with customer service, resolving customer concerns, and overall customer satisfaction.
OR a minimum of 3 years sales experience in a construction, fabrication, or steel‑related field.
Must be willing to relocate within the specific sales region (currently MN, IA, or Eastern MO).

Preferences
Sales or leadership experience in steel or a related industry.
